Bring your A game to Flow classes. This class will unapologetically challenge your strength endurance, stability and co-ordination.
This class is not suitable for anyone with an injury or who is new to Rebel Pilates/Reformer Pilates
Flow Reformer Pilates classes are for people who have more experience on the Reformer but want to work on control, co-ordination and stability when moving more dynamically.
This class is for anyone who has done Fundamental L2 classes and therefore understands the base positions and are looking for a different kind of challenge.
The reason we need to work on precision when moving with more flow is so we can apply the learnt muscle stabilisation and strength to everyday life when we walk, run, swim or surf.
This class will definitely get the heart rate up and have you feeling that endorphin rush!!!
