The classes will focus on Posture and how to stabilise the spine and pelvis, activation of specific muscles and greater focus on stretching and joint mobility.
Our style of Dynamic Reformer Pilates requires a base level of fitness to allow you to safely participate in class Level 1 class.

Can you…
- Stand on one leg consecutively for 30 seconds.
- Sit down and stand up from a chair without the use of your hands to assist.
- Fold forwards and touch your lower shin with your hands with straight legs.
- Comfortably put weight on your Hands, Wrists, Elbows and Knees.
- Lay down on the floor and stand up in less than 10 seconds.
- Walk up and down steps unaided by a banister or anything to help with balance.
