This is a step up from Fundamentals L1. You will need a good understanding of Rebel’s Dynamic style of Reformer Pilates and how to Squat, push, pull, plank, hinge, lunge etc… with good form and technique.
We will use the different spring settings on the Pilates Reformer to add extra resistance to the fundamental movements.
Expect a class that will make you feel like you have challenged your strength, mobility & balance while maintaining great form, posture and movement patterns.
