REBEL Online

Rebel Online fitness classes gives you access to a minimum of 8 exercise classes a week ranging from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to Balance (Mat Pilates).  Classes are open to all however they do have some guidance on level of fitness required to take part safely in each.

You will not need any equipment to take part in the classes however some exercises can be made more difficult if you do have some basic fitness equipment available in your house, for example dumbells or stretch bands.  However these can be substituted with various household items for example a towel or 2 litre bottles of water.

All Rebel Online Fitness Classes will be limited to 10 people so I can still keep an eye on you and correct technique where necessary and keep you all safe when exercising.

How to access Rebel Online Fitness Classes

  • If you want to access classes on your phone you will need to download the Zoom app on your android or apple device.
  • Purchase a weekly class pass via the book online button at the top of the page.
  • You will then recieve the Zoom link which you will use to join the classes for that week.
  • Book in to the classes you want to attend, it is important to book in as I still want to give you all the attention you need to keep the classes safe.
  • The class will open 5 minutes before the start time so you can all join and sort out any technical issues.
  • You can then enjoy your class in the comfort of your own home.
