Reformer Pilates classes at Rebel start at Fundamentals Level 1. Here you will learn how to use the Reformer machine but more importantly how to use your body.
The muscles around the spine and other joints can be trained so that you can move better. We can get more comfortable sitting, standing, and exercising by creating better awareness around posture and alignment and muscle recruitment.
Level 2 Classes offer a greater challenge on intensity, co-ordination, balance, and end range strength. Muscles and tendons do not get stronger until they are challenged, too much challenge can cause injury. In level 2 you will safely progress your strength and mobility.
Flow class works at an intensity level needed for people with a very active lifestyle. This class is great if you are trying to build extra strength and mobility for surfing, running or team sports.
